TECHNICAL TASK (TOR) FOR THE PURCHASE OF ENGINEERING EQUIPMENT1. General information and terms of delivery Subject of purchase: Sewage pumping units. Total quantity: 10 pcs. Terms of payment: 80% - advance payment, 20% - post-payment within 5 banking days after receipt of the goods by the Customer and signing expense invoice. Other terms of payment can be additionally discussed as needed. Delivery time: within 14 calendar days from the moment of signing the specification by the parties. In some cases, the delivery terms can be additionally discussed as needed. Delivery address: Lviv region, village Masonry, St. Topolina, bldg. 1 (Distribution center / RC Murovane). Cost of delivery and insurance: at the expense of the Supplier (included in the price of the product, delivery by freight transport directly to the door/ramp of the object). Cargo insurance: the Supplier is obliged to provide mandatory insurance cargo for its full value during transportation until the moment of handover to the Customer. Evaluation criteria: The winner is selected on the basis of a comprehensive evaluation (price, terms of partnership, experience, terms of providing an official guarantee), and not exclusively on the basis of the lowest cost.
