1.The Municipality of Basilisa, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Ninety-One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (Php 691, 530.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for, the project PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7) UNITS BRAND NEW MOTORCYCLE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
