Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the completion of 66 sets of personal protective equipment intended for persons participating in the inspection and securing of the scene of an incident that may create a dangerous environment for life or health, hereinafter referred to as sets, and distribution of sets in the territory of the Republic of Poland to indicated general organizational units of the prosecutor's office, hereinafter referred to as PJOP, in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements described in the description of the subject of the order (hereinafter: OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, and the submitted offer by the Contractor, which will constitute Annex No. 2 to the Agreement.2. The offered sets must meet all parameters specified in the OPZ and the submitted offer referred to in section 1, and be brand new and free from defects.3. Address list of the PJOPs to which they will be delivered sets, will constitute Annex 3 to the Agreement.4. The detailed scope of the order and requirements are specified in the Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and Description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (Appendix No. 1 to the Draft Agreement).
