I ask you to provide a TECHNICAL-COMMERCIAL PROPOSAL for the supply of the following equipment according to the questionnaires: Fitting a set of spare parts for a vulcanization press of = 2000 m according to the attached list. Please be sure to indicate in the proposal: Name and technical characteristics of the equipment proposed for delivery. Delivery time of the equipment; Year of production of the equipment. Manufacturer. Warranty period; Delivery period; Delivery conditions equipment (according to Inkoterms 2000); Preference will be given to those proposals that will fully technically meet the Customer's requirements and contain more detailed technical information. This letter is the basis for the provision of proposals exclusively by your company. In If your company is unable (unprepared) to participate in the competition, its redirection to other (third) companies is unacceptable: proposals from such companies will not be accepted for consideration.
