The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the Capital Outlay 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (Php1, 500, 000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract PURCHASE OF SERVICE UTILITY VEHICLE.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 otherwise known as the "New Government Procurement Act".
