Generator, work to be done during service:-Visual fracture, elasticity and leakage check; - Checking the radiator water level; - Testing the block heater; - Taking and testing the indicators of the battery rectifier; - Carrying out load test of accumulators, checking electrode level and charge; - Air cleaning of the fuel tank and line if necessary to check for leaks; - Checking the air filter and indicator, with air if necessary cleaning; - Inspection of belts; - Checking and adjusting indicators; - Lubrication of lubricants; - Disassembly, cleaning and readjustment of the magnetic speed sensor; - Engine cleaning; - Generator rear bearing special lubrication with oil; - Checking the starter system; - Inspection of visible cracks, flexibility and leakage in general while the engine is running; - Checking the engine oil level and pressure; - Checking the pressure and voltage of the generator; - Testing the alarm stop circuits; - Testing the efficiency of the generator by applying load; - Checking the operation in automatic mode; - Checking the fuel level; - Checking the battery rectifier and battery current.
