Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the supply of servers for the Sawkw Commune as part of the Cybersecure local government project. 2. The scope of the order includes the delivery of 5 servers, intended for: the Sawków City Hall, a server for the Municipal Social Welfare Center, a server for Primary School No. 1, server for the School Complex, for the Wigor 3 Senior Day Home. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. The purchase is related to the implementation by the Sawkw Communes of the project entitled: Cybersecurity Local Government - Commune Sawkw, implemented under the European Funds for Digital Development 2021-2027 (FERC) program, Priority II: Advanced digital services, Measure 2.2. Strengthening the national cybersecurity system grant competition under the Cybersecurity Grant Project Local government number FERC.02.02 CS.01-001/23. 5. The contractor is obliged to fulfill the information obligations provided for in Art. 13 or art. 14 GDPR towards natural persons from whom personal data was obtained directly or indirectly in order to apply for an order public in these proceedings.
