Purchase of servers and scanners carried out as part of the project "Development of e-services in the Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune" 1. Order name: The subject of the order: Purchase of servers and scanners carried out as part of the project "Development of e-services in the Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune" is the supply of IT equipment, i.e. servers and scanners. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The order is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Funds Programme European for Silesia 2021-2027, Priority FESL.01 "European Funds for Smart Development", Measure 01.04 "Digitization of public administration", in accordance with the submitted application for funding and the signed funding agreement for project no. FESL.01.04-IZ.01-0C11/24. 2. The means of evidence in question: The Ordering Party requires the submission of the relevant evidence, which will be supplemented in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ: 1) for the EZD Server (point 2.1.
