Part 1: Expansion of the backup system at Enea Operator Part 2: Delivery of servers with virtualization software 1.1. The subject of the order is the purchase of servers and expansion of the backup system for the SCADA Project at Enea Operator sp. z o. o. Item the order was divided into 2 parts. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of the Contractor submitting an offer in relation to all parts of the order (i.e. the Contractor may submit an offer for a selected part, for several or all parts orders). Part 1: Expansion of the backup system at Enea Operator Part 2: Delivery of servers with virtualization software 1.2. Variant offers are not allowed. 1.3. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers. Complex the offer must cover the entire subject matter of the contract in a given part. 1.4. The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor indicate the parts of the order whose performance he intends to entrust to Subcontractors and that the Contractor provide the companies of the Subcontractors. 1.5. The contractor may submit only one offer. Alternatives included in the offer will result in its rejection. If the Contractor submits more than one offer, all his offers will be rejected. 1.6.
