Purchase of servers 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of 41 servers in accordance with the technical specifications constituting Annex No. 1 to the PPU. 2. The Ordering Party requires that all offered ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used for the implementation orders, both as main elements and and components, elements of the service delivery environment or accompanying solutions, did not include: a) the ICT product, ICT service or ICT process indicated in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of July 5, 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; (b) an ICT product whose type has been specified in the decision to recognize the supplier as a high-risk supplier, as referred to referred to in art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor the ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. 3. Failure to meet the above requirement results in rejection of the offer pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 17 or point 19 of the Public Procurement Law. 1.
