Purchase of a server to build an AI/ML environment Subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of one (1) server for building an AI/ML environment in the Ordering Party's infrastructure, along with the Manufacturer's warranty service for a period of 60 months. 2) The delivered device and its components must be brand new and unused, manufactured no earlier than 8 months before the date of delivery and free from physical and legal defects. Components offered must be compatible and available in the server manufacturer's compatibility list. The server cannot be included on the Manufacturer's "end-of-sale" or "end-of-support" lists at least as of the date of submission of the offer. 3) The offered device must have a factory, permanent mark applied by the manufacturer CE. It must come from a legal source and be delivered through the manufacturer's authorized sales channel in the European Union, and the Ordering Party's use of the delivered product cannot constitute an infringement of the copyrights of persons thirds. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and a description of the ordering party's requirements regarding implementation and acceptance are determined by: 1) description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, 2) draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. 1.
