1. The subject of the order includes the task titled: Purchase of a self-dumping vehicle up to 3.5 tons (dumper truck) III procedure 2. The Ordering Party will collect the subject of the contract at its own expense in the location indicated by the Contractor in the Republic of Poland. Performer will conduct operator training on the vehicle collection date. 3. Pojazd przekazany do odbioru Zamawiajcemu powinien posiada nastpujce dokumenty w jzyku polskim: 1) Instrukcja obsugi pojazdu/sprztu, 2) Homologacja: dopuszczenie do ruchu drogowego (jeeli dotyczy) 3) Warranty book, 4) Service book, 5) CE declaration of conformity, 6) Other vehicle/equipment documents required by law. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 5 to SWZ.5.
