1. The subject of the order includes the task titled: Purchase of a self-dumping vehicle up to 3.5 tons (dumper).2. The subject of the order will be delivered together with unloading to the following address: ul. Lubawska 15, 13-220 Rybno, at the Contractor's expense, including staff training within the deadline agreed with the Ordering Party.3. Before signing the contract, the Contractor will provide the following documents (in Polish): 1) Vehicle/equipment user manual, 2) Homologation: admission to road traffic (if applicable) 3) Warranty book, 4) Service book, 5) Declaration of conformity CE, 6) Other vehicle/equipment documents required by law.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 5 to SWZ.5. The ordering party is implementing the subject of the order in connection with the submitted application for a subsidy for co-financing tasks related to protection population and civil defense.6. Equivalent: 1) If terms indicating the type, trademarks or origin of the subject of the order are used in the documentation, they should be specified together with the words or equivalent.
