UKRAVIT SCIENCE PARK LLC is looking for a supplier of self-adhesive labels for applying to kraft corrugated boxes. UKRAVIT Corporation is the largest Ukrainian manufacturer, a leader in the market of plant protection products. The main area of ​​activity is the own production of modern ones highly effective pesticides and agrochemicals, including fertilizers with trace elements and means for destroying household pests in accordance with the quality standards of DSTU ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 45001. The goal is to choose a supplier that will ensure consistent quality products and long-term adhesion of labels to kraft cardboard in conditions of changes in temperature and humidity. Technical requirements 1. Product purpose Labels are intended for application on kraft corrugated cardboard boxes with subsequent storage and transportation products. The main requirement is reliable gluing (without peeling) within 36 months from the moment of application. 2. Label material The material of the front layer is determined by the tender participant independently. Regardless of the type of material, the label must: be resistant to moisture; do not deform with temperature changes; do not form waves and wrinkles after application; do not delaminate; maintain integrity for at least 36 months. 3. Adhesive layer The adhesive must: ensure permanent gluing; be suitable for porous, rough and dusty surfaces (kraft cardboard, corrugated cardboard); have increased initial adhesion; be resistant to high humidity; do not allow peeling around the perimeter. Temperature requirements: minimum application temperature: +5°C; preference is given to glues that provide application at lower temperatures; operating temperature range: from -20°C to +60°C.4.
