1. The Municipality of Batuan, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum One Million Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Two hundred Pesos (Php 1, 748, 200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB Solicitation No. 2026-035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Municipality of Batuan now invites bids for the above Procurement and Delivery of Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
