Invitation to Bid for Purchase of Security Services
1) The Municipality of Isabela, through the GENERAL FUND, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND PESOS (Php 546, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Security Services. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Isabela now invites bids for Purchase of Security Services. Completion of the Works is required two hundred fourteen days (214) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
