Mikkeli city's personal transport service is requesting an offer for a program used to plan and manage school transport for elementary school students. The different functional areas of the program can be implemented in stages. In procurement, one is selected software supplier. The duration of the procurement contract is two (2) years, in addition to which the Customer has the option to redeem one one (1) year option. In addition, the Subscriber has the option to redeem the option valid for an indefinite period at the end of the fixed option period. The start of the contract is in the fall of 2026, approximately between October and November. The start date and implementation of the commissioning project will be agreed separately with the Customer. When defining the time, e.g. the resource required by the deployment project. The contract period is valid until the date corresponding to the start date in 2028 and a possible option in 2028-2029. The possible start time of the option valid for the time being is the time corresponding to the start date of the contract from 2029 onwards (E.g. contract period 1.11.2026-31.10.2028, option 1.11.2028-31.10.2029 and option from 1.11.2029). The customer informs about the implementation of the option three (3) months before it starts.
