Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is the purchase of school supplies. In order to enable bidders to calculate their offer as accurately as possible, they are informed that the maximum amount of orders for one year amounts to 120, 000€ incl. VAT, detailed as follows: - 100, 000€ incl. VAT for orders for items included in the inventory, - 20, 000€ incl. VAT for orders for items not included in the inventory. This estimate was made based on orders made to over the last two years. It does not commit the municipal administration in any way. This is a market described as a “stock market” which will be concluded for 2 periods of one year succeeding one another without interruption. Thus, the administration will provide itself, according to its needs, from the supplier who has been selected. The conclusion of the contract on the basis of these special specifications does not give the supplier any exclusivity rights. The contracting authority may, during the validity period of this contract, carry out supplies identical or similar to those described in these special specifications, by other suppliers. The successful bidder cannot, therefore, assert any right to compensation. Market conditions are detailed in the various clauses of these specifications.
