Purchase of school sets for children in an approximate amount of 150 pcs.: Lot 1 - a set assembled in accordance with the requirements of this technical specification; Lot 2 - a branded keyring The price must include all taxes and the cost of delivery. Specify the terms of payment, (the advantage will be postpaid). Participants who submit the lowest price offers will be invited to sample products. To participate in the purchase, the Participant must upload the following documents: Commercial offer form in Excel format (Request for commercial offer file) - must include the price taking into account the cost of delivery, the term of delivery of the goods, terms of payment. Information about the company. List of necessary documents: Copy of the Certificate of state registration of the subject of business activity - a legal entity; Copy of the EDRPOU certificate; Copy VAT payer's certificate (single tax payer); a copy of a power of attorney or other document confirming the authority of the person acting on behalf of the party under the Agreement (signing the Agreement), in particular for managers acting without a power of attorney on the basis of the Charter - a copy protocol on appointment to a position or other document confirming it; Copy of the Articles of Association (excerpt from the Articles of Association, but in any case the title page, sections containing: name, address, purpose and types of activities, legal status of the enterprise, powers management bodies), with changes and additions, if available; Copy of the passport page containing a sample signature of the person authorized to sign documents, or a copy of the bank card with a sample signature of this person; Copy of the order appointing the director; Banking requisites; attach a portfolio and recommendations for similar projects.
