Tender Details

The subject of the order is the purchase by the Municipality of Tuszyn of a school bus for transporting disabled students, co-financed from the budget of the Voivodeship of the Silesia as part of the Buses for schools in the Silesia Project. The vehicle must be brand new, prepared for bus installation, manufactured in 2026, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects. The production process of the base vehicle and the construction must be carried out by a manufacturer who has implemented a quality management system in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard and an environmental management system in accordance with the ISO 14001 standard. The bus must meet the technical requirements specified by the regulations in force in Poland for vehicles traveling on public roads, including the technical conditions resulting from the Act of 20/06/1997, Law on road traffic (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) and the implementing regulations to this Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended). d.).
