Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new school bus intended for transporting children and students, as part of the investment task included in the budget of the Tuszcz Commune entitled: Purchase of a school bus for the transport of students to schools run by by the Municipalities of Tuszcz co-financed by the Masovian Voivodeship Self-Government under the Masovian Support Instrument Buses for Masovian schools, 2026 edition. 2. The offered bus must meet the requirements resulting from the applicable legal provisions, in particular in particular the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law and the implementing acts issued on its basis, in force on the date of delivery of the vehicle.3. The vehicle must have all legally required documents necessary for its registration and admission road traffic in the territory of the Republic of Poland, including a current vehicle type approval certificate or another equivalent document required by applicable law.4. The bus must be marked in accordance with applicable transport regulations organized groups of children and youth, in particular in accordance with Art. 57 of the Road Traffic Law.5.
