Tender Details

1) The subject of this order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new bus manufactured no earlier than 2025 with a minimum of number of seats: 18 people + driver, white, with specialized equipment (adaptation to transport passengers disabled) in accordance with the requirements of the ordering party specified in this Specification of Terms of Order, i.e.: the bus must meet the technical conditions specified in the legal provisions for school buses in force in Poland, including in particular: requirements specified in the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016 r. item 2022 as amended). as part of the delivery, the Contractor will provide training in the operation of the subject of this order along with instructions for 2 (two) persons indicated by the Ordering Party. The training will take place at the Ordering Party's premises on the day of receipt. the bus must be there complete, free from construction, material, workmanship and legal defects.
