1) The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new school bus for the purpose of transporting students to schools in the Pomiechwek commune. 2) The subject of the order is carried out with financial assistance from the budget of the Masovian Voivodeship within the Masovian Voivodeship. Support Instrument Buses for Masovian schools, 2026 edition.3) The Ordering Party indicates that in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ Description of the subject of the order, the minimum required technical parameters of the delivered subject of the order are indicated.4) The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
