Tender Details

As part of the task, it is planned to purchase a school bus within the meaning of the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (hereinafter referred to as: p.r.d.) and in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment. The delivered school bus must meet all the requirements specified in the above-mentioned legal acts for this type of vehicle. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.
