Purchase of a school bus for the needs of students of the Jaktorów commune commuting to the Public School Complex in Międzyborów. 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a school bus for the needs of students of the Jaktorów commune commuting to the Public School Complex in Międzyborów. 2. The school bus that is the subject of this order, hereinafter referred to as the "bus" or "vehicle", must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations in accordance with the Act of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024 pos. 1251) and all conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of December 31, 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 502, as amended). 3.Detailed description the subject of the order and the terms of the order execution are included in the Description of the subject of the order (OPZ) - Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and Draft contract - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. In situations where the description of the subject of the order includes the manufacturer's name, proper name, trademarks, patents or origin, such indication shall in each case be accompanied by the words "or equivalent". The contractor may use materials and devices equivalent in terms of technical, quality, functional and utility parameters. The bus must meet the parameters specified in the Description of the subject of the order (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ), which means that the offered parameters cannot be worse than those required by the Ordering Party. 5.
