1.The Municipal Government of Jiabong, Samar, intends to apply THRU THE MAYOR-S MOOE P 140, 250.00 AND MSWD 250, 000.00 the sum of THREE HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php 390, 250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract MAYOR-S MOOE P 140, 250.00 AND MSWD 250, 000.00. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
