1.The Municipal Government of Jiabong, Samar, intends to apply THRU THE MAYOR-S MOOE P 140, 250.00 AND MSWD 200, 000.00 the sum of THREE HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS ONLY (Php 340, 250.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract MAYOR-S MOOE P 140, 250.00 AND MSWD 200, 000.00. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
