PURCHASE OF SANITATION FACILITIES FOR VARIOUS BARANGAYS
1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the 2026 General Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Twenty-Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (₱ 327, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Sanitation Facilities for Various Barangays. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Purchase of Sanitation Facilities for Various Barangays. using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 to 30 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
