1. The subject of the order is the purchase of a router as part of the project Raising the level of cybersecurity in the District Office in Lubaczow. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.3. Items may be used in items where the item description includes the manufacturer's name equivalent, which meet the same standards and fulfill the same functional and utility tasks as the items mentioned in the description. The Ordering Party allows the use of items other than those specified in the description, provided that the parameters are not worse than those specified in the description. In such a situation, the Ordering Party requires if possible, submit an appropriate document authenticating these items.
