Robotic system I. The subject of this public procurement procedure is the purchase of a robotic surgery system along with equipment, accompanying devices, training and warranty and maintenance services for the Hospital Wojewódzki. Jana Pawła II in Bełchatów, in accordance with a detailed description of the required technical parameters of the medical equipment covered by the order, which the Contractor is obliged to deliver, assemble/install and launch, in accordance with the description subject of the order, which constitutes Annex No. 2.1 to the SWZ - Required technical parameters and Annex 2.2 to the SWZ - TECHNICAL PARAMETERS SUBJECT TO ASSESSMENT IN THE OFFER EVALUATION CRITERIA (if applicable). II. WARRANTY PERIOD: 60 months. The contractor provides quality guarantee and provides warranty for defects for a period of 60 months, counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract. Detailed conditions regarding guarantee and warranty are specified in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting: Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. III. EQUIVALENCE - in relation to all standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems and certificates indicated and required in the SWZ, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions. Given by the Ordering Party, the names and trademarks are exemplary and their indication is intended to determine the expected standard. The Ordering Party allows the submission of equivalent offers.
