1) The Local Government of Barangay Poblacion, Payao, through the Barangay Appropriation Ordinance FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand One Hundred Sixty Four Pesos Only (Php 150, 164.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Rice . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
