The Municipality of Pamplona, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (2, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Rice for the Indigent Families from 16 Barangays, Negros Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
