1. The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NICOLAS through Trust Fund (LGSF-GEF under the FY 2026 GAA, RA 12314) intends to apply the amount of Eighteen Million Pesos (Php 18, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of Rice for Distribution to Households in the Municipality of San Nicolas, Batangas/ 2026-G008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NICOLAS now invites bids for Purchase of Rice for Distribution to Households in the Municipality of San Nicolas, Batangas. Delivery of the Goods may be undertaken on a staggered basis (bi-monthly) within the contract duration of 300 days.
