Description : 1. The Municipality of Mataasnakahoy, Batangas, through the 20% Development Fund Intends to apply the sum of Nine Million One Hundred Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos only (9, 100, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Purchase of rice to be distributed to the households of different barangays of the municipality”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Mataasnakahoy, Batangas now invites bids for “Purchase of rice to be distributed to the households of different barangays of this municipality”. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60 calendar days contract duration.
