Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PURCHASE OF RICE
1) The Local Government Unit of Enrique Villanueva, through the LGSF-Growth Equity Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only Php 4, 998, 600.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Purchase of Rice. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Enrique Villanueva, now invites bids for Purchase of Rice using the Negotiated Procurement-Sagip Saka (NP-SS). Delivery of the Goods is required by 3 CD from the Issuance of the Notice To Proceed/Purchase. Bidders should have completed, at least one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. 3) Bidding will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement-Sagip Saka (NP-SS) procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
