I. The Barangay Government of Barangay Poblacion 2, Laurel, Batangas through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors to bids for the hereunder contracts/s:

II. Bids received in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
III. Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking similar projects within the last ten (10) years with at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 9184. The BAC will conduct post qualification of the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid.
