PURCHASE REQUEST FOR THE SPLIT-TYPE AIRCONDITIONING UNIT 2.0 HP FOR OFFICIAL USE OF EMB V
The Environmental Management Bureau Region V hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of NINETY-NINE THOUSAND (Php99, 000.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the abovementioned contract.
The Environmental Management Bureau Region V now request from bona fide supplier-s quotations for the said activity.
Procurement will be conducted through small value procurement, an alternative mode of procurement as prescribed in Sec. 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. 9184;
It is the intent of the Purchaser to evaluate the bid/quotation on per lot basis, and award will be made to the bid/quotation or combination of quotations resulting in the lowest evaluated quotation meeting the Purchaser-s technical specifications.
