The Environmental Management Bureau Region V hereinafter referred to as the “Purchaser” through the General Appropriation Act of 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIFTY-THREE THOUSAND THIRTY-NINE (Php53, 039.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the abovementioned contract.
