1.The Environmental Management Bureau V, through the General Appropriate Act 2024 intends to apply for the sum ONE MILLION SIX HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN AND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY (PhP1, 637, 830.00) PESOS being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PURCHASE REQUEST OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Environmental Management Bureau V, now invites bids for the above Procurement Request. The above-mentioned goods are needed at the Environmental Management Bureau V.
