1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the 2026 SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND REGULAR BUDGET approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos Only (PhP 3, 000, 000.00) for being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
