Dr. J. Biziela in Bydgoszcz divided into two parts: Part 1: Counter to the information desk in building 1D Part 2: Counter to the information desk in building 7A. The order is the implementation of the task: as part of the grant project no.: FERS.03.07-IP.07-0001/23 called "Accessibility Plus for AOS", implemented under the program European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027, co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus, based on the Decision on co-financing the Grant Project No.: FERS.03.07-IP.07-0001/23-00 adopted by the Minister of Health on 8 December 2023. Information about the procedure in accordance with Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law: The Ordering Party envisages applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then qualify them subjective evaluation of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
