Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Purchase of Recyclable Disposable Items (Metallic, Plastic, Polythene, Glass, Tin, Pet Bottles)
Registration Fee (Rs): 1000/-
Institutions and individuals intending to register as contractors should have been registered with the Institute for Construction Training and Development or National Construction Contractors Association of Sri Lanka and submit written certificate to prove that satisfactory services have been provided to Government Departments, Statutory Boards, Local Government Institutions.
Generally quotations are invited from suppliers registered for year 2022 and the quotation should be valid for the whole year. Institutions attending to repairs being a garage approved by the Western Provincial Council will be a special qualification.
When quotations are requested they should be able to submit quotation even within a short period such as 07 days. Payments will not be effected to goods and services that are not up to the required standards.
All goods should be delivered to the Kalutara Pradeshiya Sabha without any transport charges.
Should be able to provide credit facilities for 60 days or more.
Pradeshiya Sabha reserves the right to select or reject contractors without showing any cause. Kalutara Pradeshiya Sabha reserves the right to obtain supplies / services from other suppliers / contractors other than registered sup- pliers / contractors at times of necessity.
