Part 1: PURCHASE OF RECOMBINANT COLOTTING FACTOR VIII CONCENTRATE WITH DELIVERY TO REGIONAL BLOOD DONATION AND BLOOD TREATMENT CENTERS Part 2: PURCHASE OF RECOMBINANT COLOTTING FACTOR VIII CONCENTRATE WITH DELIVERY TO REGIONAL BLOOD DONATION CENTERS AND BLOOD TREATMENT The subject of the order is the supply of a concentrate of recombinant coagulation factor VIII of at least the second generation in order to ensure the continuity of treatment of patients with hemophilia A - hereinafter referred to as "coagulation factor", to those indicated by the National Center. Blood (hereinafter referred to as NCK) of direct recipients - Regional Centers for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment (hereinafter referred to as RCKiK), on the terms specified in this SWZ. 1. The subject of the order is the purchase of recombinant clotting factor VIII minimum II concentrate generation in order to secure the continuity of treatment of patients with hemophilia A - hereinafter "coagulation factor", to the direct recipients indicated by the National Blood Center (hereinafter NCK) - Regional Centers for Blood Donation and Blood Treatment (hereinafter RCKiK), on principles specified in this SWZ. 2. Total quantity (purchase quantity): 2, 500, 000 IU. 3. Proportions of doses in each delivery - in accordance with SWZ. 4.
