Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 6 pieces of brand new two-section electric-battery multiple units (EAZTs) together with a post-crash repair package for the EAZTs, training of persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the field of EAZT operation and horizontal servicing of the delivered EAZTs.maintenance of P1, P2, P3 from the date of delivery of individual vehicles until December 31, 2031 (basic order). 2. The Ordering Party may use the option of: 1) delivery of additional brand new, maximum 3 pieces of EAZT (of the same type and model as the EAZT from the basic ordero) and provision of maintenance services for these EAZTs (inspections at maintenance levels P1, P2, P3) until December 31, 2031; 2) servicing of the EAZTs delivered as part of the basic order and as part of the options, at the P1, P2, P3 maintenance level in the period from January 1, 2032 to the expiry of 18 years, countingc from the delivery of a given EAZT, or until a given EAZT reaches a mileage of 2, 160, 000 km, whichever comes first; 3) a maximum of two repairs at the P4 maintenance level of each delivered EAZT as part of the basic order and as part of the option, in connection with reaching the time orb mileage to repair in this level. A detailed description, scope, requirements, method of preparing offers and the rules for their evaluation are included in the Terms of Reference (SWZ).
