Order award procedure: the order will be awarded according to the Ordering Party's internal procedure. Detailed information can be found in the attachments included in this procedure. The result of the procedure generated by the Platform is not tantamount to placing an order and signing a contract. Please submit the offer with attachments in the form of document scans. The purchasing platform is accepted as a leading tool for communication between the Ordering Party and the Offeror. The offer, all correspondence, declarations, applications, notifications and other information are submitted by the Ordering Party and the Offeror via the Purchasing Platform. The Offeror before participating in the on-site visit is obliged to sign a confidentiality agreement (Appendix No. 4). Two hand-signed copies of the agreement should be sent by traditional mail to the address of the Ordering Party. The company data should be completed in the Confidentiality Agreement. (name, address, identification numbers) on the first page. A scan of the contract should be sent on the platform in a message in the 'Questions/Information' tab. NOTE: The Ordering Party informs that in the event of a signed general confidentiality agreement according to Annex. No 4, The Contractor is not obliged to submit a new confidentiality agreement (valid from February 11, 2026).
