Brief description of the tender: The purpose of the tender is to sign a framework agreement with a communication agency to support the strategic and operational communication activities of the Estonian Bar Association. The executor's role is to provide high-quality interior and external communication support, including, but not limited to, strategic communication consulting, organizing media relations and, if necessary, crisis communication support. The communication partner also monitors and analyzes the impact of communication and efficiency. The communication partner helps ensure the visibility of the role and contribution of the bar association in the Estonian legal system and society. The volume of the framework agreement is 90, 000 EUR without VAT, and the duration of the agreement is 36 months or until the financial volume of the framework agreement is fulfilled.
