The Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU) of BRGY. LEGASPI MARABUT, SAMAR, through the BLGU 20%- INFRA intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 150, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BLGU-LEGASPI-MS-G-2024-04-01 PURCHASE OF PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
