TECHNICAL TASK for the purchase of equipment: planetary mixer 1. General requirements Subject of purchase: Professional planetary mixer for confectionery, bakery shops and catering establishments (equivalent to Tekno Stamap TK 60) Purpose: Kneading dough of different consistencies, whipping creams, mousses, preparation of fillings. Quantity: 4 (four) units. Delivery address: Kyiv, Radunska, 40.2. Main technical characteristics. Volume of the bowl (bowl): 60 liters. Installation type: Floor (floor). Type control: Electronic panel with the possibility of smooth speed adjustment or fixed modes and a timer. Number of speeds: 3-4 fixed or speed variator. Maximum rotation speed: at least 400 rpm. Power: at least 3 kW. Connection to the power grid: 380 V.3. Design features and safety Bowl material: High-quality food-grade stainless steel Body material: Painted steel / stainless steel Safety system: Protective grid (or screen) made of stainless steel / impact-resistant plastic with with a microswitch. Lifting of the bed: Manual (lever) or electric (optional) mechanism. Mobility: The machine must be installed on adjustable anti-vibration legs or wheels for ease of movement and cleaning. 4.
