The subject of the order is the service of the Contractor providing data on the intensity of ground traffic in the form of a vector grid linked to an attribute table for specific areas in Poland, indicated by the Ordering Party. Implementation of the item The order includes providing the Ordering Party with appropriate vector grids from 10 areas with a total area of up to 11, 000 km2, in three stages, including: Stage 1 - maximum 3 areas; Stage 2 - maximum 4 areas; Stage 3 - remaining areas. Accurate a list of areas along with an indication of the stage during which the Contractor is to obtain appropriate data and provide the Ordering Party with an appropriate map will be provided to the Contractor within 5 business days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. The Ordering Party expects to use: option rights. The Ordering Party has the right to order the Contractor to provide data in the form of a vector grid on the intensity of ground traffic for specific areas in Poland (in addition to those covered by the Subject of the Agreement described in § 1 of the Agreement), indicated by Ordering Party. The maximum area of ​​areas covered by the option law is 4, 000 km2. Details regarding the application of the option right are specified in § 2 of Annex No. 2 to the IPU SWZ.
