The PPDO, through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure Printing
Services, with PR No.: 2026-10-0801.
The Printing Services shall be procured through the Small Value Procurement in accordance with
RA No. 12009 as reflected on BAC Resolution No SVP-10-21-01.
Suppliers of known qualifications are invited to submit their quotation/proposal, signed by you or
your duly authorized representative not later than OCTOBER 26, 2026, subject to the Terms and
Conditions provided in this RFQ.
